A Life Between
Capital and Regeneration

Fernando Russo é um investidor de impacto, autor e mentor que atua na intersecção de investimentos regenerativos, transformação interior e sabedoria enraizada na natureza.

About Fernando

Fernando Russo’s work has moved across entrepreneurship, investing, land, leadership, and inner transformation.

After a first chapter in corporate Brazil, he built and sold a live marketing agency before committing fully to purpose-driven work. Over the past decade, he has been building a regenerative investment practice focused on food systems, biodiversity, and land across Latin America and Europe.

His work today explores how capital can become an instrument of regeneration — not only in the outer world, but also in the inner landscape of those who lead, invest, and build.

From Outer Impact to Inner Work

Fernando’s path has been shaped by time with entrepreneurs, farmers, investors, indigenous trackers, and people working close to the intelligence of living systems.

Alongside his strategic and investment work, his own self-regenerative journey has included meditation, time on the land, plant medicine, shamanic and ancestral work, and a continuous inquiry into the relationship between inner transformation and outer impact.
