Through one-on-one conversations, I personally support your journey. Together we explore what purpose means to you, and how to bring every resource you hold, time, knowledge, network, and money, into service of it.
We work around the concept of poli-capital: aligning not only your money, but your time, skills, networks, and knowledge with your own life path.
The mentorship works on two equally important fronts. Your inner regeneration — what needs to be rewilded within to give power to your outer work. And your outer regeneration — what you can enable or build in this world to make life on this planet more joyful, for you and for other living beings, human and non-human.
This work is grounded in my own journey: moving from a career mostly aimed at success through external validation, to one deeply aligned with my soul purpose.

The shape of the journey
The journey begins with three months of one-on-one online conversations — twelve sessions in total, one each week, of up to two hours — anchored in personal practice and self-inquiry. We then move to a curated weekend retreat, working in person to shape your career transformation plan, in the setting that best serves your purpose.
My mission with this work is to empower talented people to show up at their best — with energy and joy — for their role in the regeneration of the planet.
